  CF Marketing is based in Owensboro, Ky and owned by Doris Sparks & Jamie Leigh Payne.
In 2001, while owning Elegant Designs Florist in the Executive Inn, Doris wanted a wedding show to participate in, and when there was not one available in the Owensboro area, she made one. From then on, our projects have came from a need that was in the Owensboro area.
